Quitting Smoking Hypnotherapy Programme

Smoking is an addiction - not only the nicotine but also the habit.  It means something different to different people - understanding what you will find the hardest is key to your success.  Is it the nicotine hit?  Is it those few minutes outside throughout the day?  Is it having something to do with your hands?  Whatever the reason, hypnotherapy can make a huge difference.  

Our hypnotherapy programme for smoking is done over 3 sessions.  The first 2 sessions are a week apart with a third 4 weeks later.  See our hypnotherapy page for more general information around hypnotherapy.
